What time are worship services held on Sunday?
We have three services at 8:00 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.
What's the worship music like?
Our church has a contemporary, energetic, and dynamic musical style that leads people into the worship of God. Our focus is on passionate celebration and giving God praise and honor through our collective worship. Different styles and genres of music are employed in order to create an atmosphere that invites people from every generation, ethnicity, and background to worship God.
What's the teaching like?
The messages from the worship services stay true to God's Word, but also connect with people where they are. The teaching at Consolidated leads people to connect with God and grow in their faith.
How should I dress?
Consolidated is more concerned about connecting people to God than what they wear to church. Many of our attendees dress casually.
Do you have a nursery or other childcare services available?
Yes, care is available for children ages six weeks through four years old during 9:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. worship services. Your children will be checked into a secured area and cared for by ministry servants, parents, and volunteers that love to work with children. The nursery is located on the first floor of the educational building.
How large is Consolidated Baptist Church?
We generally see over 1,500 people on Sunday morning.
What are the people like?
People from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups call Consolidated their home.
Will I be asked to do or say anything publicly?
We like to acknowledge our guests, but you do not have to say anything. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the service.
Who is the pastor?
Since 1996, Richard Gaines has served as the Pastor-Teacher of Consolidated Baptist Church. To learn more about him and the other staff members, please see the staff page.

Does Consolidated have mid-week services?
Yes, we have a time of prayer and Bible study on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. and
Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.

What do I do, if I want to become a member of Consolidated Baptist Church?
At the end of each worship service, an Invitation to Christian Discipleship will be extended. At this time, you may come forward to make your profession of faith in Christ as a candidate for baptism. If you have already acknowledged Christ and accepted Him as your Savior, you can unite with our church by Letter, Christian Experience, or Watch Care. During this time, you will not have to make a public statement. However, one of our wonderful decision counselors will escort you from the sanctuary to another room and talk with you about your decision.
Do I have to be a member of Consolidated Baptist Church to have my wedding here?
No, our sanctuary and fellowship hall are available for weddings, receptions, and rehearsal dinners.
Is Consolidated Baptist Church affiliated with any organization or denomination?
Yes, Consolidated is affiliated with Elkhorn Association, Consolidated Baptist District Association, Kentucky Baptist Convention, General Association of Baptists in Kentucky, Southern Baptist Convention, and Progressive Baptist Convention.
