TRANSFORM is a verb that means to change the outward form or appearance of or to change in character or condition. It means to change something into something different. It implies a major change in form, nature, or function; an abrupt or startling change induced by a supernatural power; fitting something for a new or different use or function; a change that exalts or glorifies. Children’s Ministry seeks to transform our children, their families, and yes, even our volunteers into the likeness of Christ.

 

We seek to engage children in a way that makes it easier for parents to initiate spiritual interactions throughout the week and allows home and church to work together to instill four Core Values:

 

KNOW: to present each child with the opportunity to accept Christ as his/her personal Savior

GROW: to equip young believers with a firm foundation so they grow in their relationships with others and with Christ through daily prayer, Bible reading, and Scripture memorization

SHOW: to provide practical ways for children to show God's love in their service to others in their families, communities, and throughout the world

GO: to teach children to share their personal story of faith in Christ
