What to Expect

It's not easy visiting a new church for the first time. Many things go through your mind, "Can I find my way around? What about my children? Do I have to say anything? How should I dress? What's the music like?"

We want your visit to Consolidated Baptist Church to be an enjoyable experience that you will not soon forget. Hopefully, the information below and the Frequently Asked Questions section will set your mind at ease. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Dress
We encourage people to dress comfortably, which could mean different things to different people. Some prefer to dress up, but others prefer to dress casually. We do not judge people based on how they dress. We simply ask that you dress modestly and decently.

Arrival
When you arrive at Consolidated Baptist Church, you will be met by one of our friendly greeters who will give you a bulletin and direct you to the sanctuary, classrooms, or the children's registration kiosk. If your children are shy, they can accompany you to the adult service, but most children thoroughly enjoy our children's ministry. As you enter the sanctuary, ushers will provide a warm hello, and help you find a seat.

Worship Service
Our service begins with spirit-filled music, and our worship team of choirs, musicians, and dancers will lead you in praise. During the service, some people may be more demonstrative as they clap and sing praises to God, while others may exhibit a more quiet praise. We strive to do what we think blesses God and brings people closer to Him. We seek to draw you into fellowship while worshiping the exciting and awesome God that we serve!  Additionally, you will hear a dynamic message from the Word of God that will inspire and encourage you to live according to the Scriptures. At the very end of our service, we have a time of invitation. This time is set aside for anyone who wishes to accept Christ as his/her Savior or unite with our church.
